Getting Started
When you sign up for CP360, you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and a link to your onboarding walkthrough. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder first, then contact us at the address above and we will resend it immediately.
CP360 is a web-based application. No download is required to get started. Simply open the link provided in your welcome email on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. For the best mobile experience, we recommend saving the app to your home screen using the instructions below.
How to Save CP360 to Your Home Screen (iPhone)
Open CP360 in Safari. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up). Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.” Tap “Add” in the top right corner. CP360 will now appear on your home screen and open like a native app.
How to Save CP360 to Your Home Screen (Android)
Open CP360 in Chrome. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Tap “Add to Home Screen.” Confirm by tapping “Add.” The app icon will appear on your home screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the CP360 login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. If you still have trouble, contact us and we will reset it manually.
My SMS messages are not sending. What do I do?
SMS delivery requires that your account phone number has been registered and verified through our carrier compliance process. If you are a new subscriber, this process can take up to 48 hours after account setup. If messages were working previously and have stopped, contact support right away — this is typically a carrier filter issue we can resolve quickly.
How do I add a new lead manually?
From your dashboard, tap the “New Contact” or “Add Lead” button in the top right of your pipeline view. Fill in the contact details and assign the lead to the appropriate pipeline stage. You can also send an immediate follow-up message directly from the contact record.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. CP360 supports contact imports via CSV file. Your file should include columns for first name, last name, phone number, and email address at minimum. During your onboarding call, your setup specialist can walk you through the import process or handle it on your behalf.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting support before your next billing date. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the labor of building and configuring your account. If you have concerns about your subscription, contact us first — we would rather solve the problem than lose you.
Is my territory exclusive?
Yes. CP360 is offered on a one-contractor-per-market basis. Once your territory is assigned at signup, no other CP360 subscriber will be onboarded in your defined market area. Territory boundaries are confirmed during your onboarding call.
I need help with a workflow or automation. Who do I contact?
Reach out to support directly at support@coatingpro360.com with a description of what you are trying to accomplish. We do not expect you to build or troubleshoot automations on your own — that is part of what you are paying for.
Does CP360 work outside the United States?
CP360 is currently configured for use by contractors operating in the United States. SMS and phone features are US-based. If you are outside the US, contact us before subscribing to discuss compatibility.
How do I update my billing information?
Contact support at support@coatingpro360.com or call us directly and we will send you a secure link to update your payment method. We do not store full card numbers on our end.
